When OSM Adventures sets out on a treasure hunt we share! by becoming a member you understand that we are not implying in any way that you will get rich or make any money at all. Though it is likely some financial gain will happen it can not be guaranteed. The actual split is 1 / 1,000,000 so unless we hit it big, well, you know.

By becoming a member you understand you do not own any part of the company and can not be held responsible for any gains or losses that may occur.

By becoming a member you will have the opportunity to win an all expenses treasure hunt with us for one week. The odds of winning are currently1 in 250000 over the term of the one year membership.  Please read carefully the rules for the trip when available.

By becoming a member you agree to keep us up to date on any address changes or contact changes you may encounter to enable us to send your share of the booty. Any member that can not be reached after three methods of contact between January 1st and March 31st of each new year will give up their share of the booty to be put back into the kitty for the next split.

OSM Adventures is in no way responsible for any injury you may sustain or cause while treasure hunting with us or on your own.

Some OSM Adventures employees are military and privately trained in survival techniques and outdoors activities such as climbing, caving and many other dangerous things we may do. We strongly suggest you do not attempt these things without professional supervision.

Posting pictures or letters on any web site, media or sent to us by mail becomes the property of OSM and may be used in any publication or media at the discretion of OSM. Who knows, your letter could end up on TV.

OSM Adventures membership may be canceled at any time however no refunds for membership dues after 10 consecutive days of membership. If canceled in the allowed time specified your dues will be refunded minus a $15.00 handling fee. This process may take up to 12 weeks.

OSM Memberships may not be transferred or sold at any time. A membership may be inherited, except lifetime memberships,  from an immediate family member. We must be notified in writing accompanied by legal documentation with in the current membership year.

The names OSM Adventures, OSM Adventures Outdoor Recreation and OSM Campground, North American Adventures, Kids 4 Camping, Noamad are registered trademarks and sole property of OSM Adventures and may not be used without written permission from us.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notice. Please check for changes on your own.

A membership may be canceled at our discretion! To remain a member you must be in goodstanding. If at anytime you reflect a bad image on the outdoor community you will be canceled! If you do not keep OSM areas clean you will be canceled! If you are found to be guilty of littering you will be canceled and prosecuted! If you are caught hunting or fishing out of season on an OSM facility you will be canceled! If you are staying at an OSM partner facility and cause trouble you will be canceled! Basically when you are out there just remember that you represent the entire outdoor recreation community and must act in a courteous and responsible manner. Other conditions may apply. Any canceled memberships are without refund.

OSM members may use OSM owned or leased properties for entertainment purposes only. No member may live, take up residence, build any structure or remove any property from any OSM facility or property without prior written permission. OSM members will respect and abide by all rules and regulations that accompany any properties or facilities owned or leased by OSM and or it's affiliates. No OSM member or non member shall stay in one location for more than 14 consecutive days.

OSM members agree to be courteous to all users and employees of any OSM owned or leased properties and that of any OSM affiliates.

Any member or non member user of any OSM owned or leased property or facility or that of an OSM affiliate agrees to not hold OSM responsible for any accident that may occur while engaging in any activity related or non related to OSM, this website or any affiliate.

Some basic examples:

The earth has holes in it, some shallow some deep. If you don't want to fall then watch where you are going and be careful!

Trees have limbs, some are on the ground and some are in the trees. You could trip on the ones on the ground and the ones in the trees can fall. If you don't want a limb to fall on you then don't walk or camp under it!

If you see that a picnic table is broken and sit at it anyway, then you're an idiot! Don't expect us to pay for your stupidity!

If we screw up then we will do our best to take care of you. If you try to sue us then you had better plan to be in court for a very long time.

These are only a few examples but I'm sure you get the picture by now.

OSM can not be held responsible for anything anyone may come up with at any time!

If you agree to the terms then go ahead and join, if not .......... simple........... don't join. If you didn't find the given examples to be a little humorous then you may want to find another club to join.
